I can answer this question for you since I just had mine delivered. Like yourself, I only ordered the top washer and dryer many years ago. After the countless bending and inconvenience I ordered the storage bins. The delivery crew place them in my garage. The installation is not included in the delivery service. Fortunately a family member of mine had Dolly moving straps to help lift up the heavy machines. You will need three people to help you install it. Hope this helps.
