“How do I determine if I should use this direct plug in or use the junction box that the dishwasher comes with? This direct plug in makes the installation as easy as it gets. I am capable of doing a hard wire with the junction box but which is better?”

Hi Hcha, thank you for your question. If you already have an outlet for the direct plug than that would be the best way to go. Many use the Power Cord with Junction Box if their former dishwasher was hardwired and there is no direct outlet in place.
