“Does this tv loop photos from a flash drive? I work at a non-profit and we want to have this on a continuous loop playing a slideshow describing our services. Other tv's just loop once and stop. We need it to play continuously during business hours.”

Yes it can, but the settings for this are not set by default so you have to manipulate and then enjoy!
