In Theory: Yes. For Practical Purposes: Probably Not, depending upon Usage. At a resolution of only 720p, even a 32" display is Too Large to serve as a good monitor. Try a web search and you are likely to find articles on "Why TVs Make Bad Monitors." We have used both 40" & 50" TVs as a computer display for specific usages, but it not something I would want to do on a routine basis. Still, for non-critical usage / users it can be done. FWIW: my main computer (desktop) display is a 32" Philips, running at 2560 x 1440 - it makes a very nice complement to the secondary display which is a 27" HP running at 1920 x 1080.
