• Netflix is a pre-loaded option and even has its own key on the remote. All other channel services (if they exist) are fairly easy to load onto your home screen and access once you do.

• Yes, the basic channels are included if you dont have an account. Once I signed into my roku account though, within minutes I had all of my desired channels.
