According to the manual (link follows) the base screws are "M4 type (24 mm length) (4 pcs)" The following link takes you to the Insignia page. Scroll down to the "support and downloads" tab and download the User Manual (not the Quick Setup guide). See page 88 for the detailed specs including the base screw description.
