I cut the cord a year ago and use the insignia 32 " Roku with an over the air antenna. The home screen has icons for all the Roku channels you subscribe to as well as 3 icons for (potential ) HDMI inputs and one for the antenna input. When you want to watch over the air channels you click on the antenna Icon and then you are in OTA mode. From there, you use the Roku remote to go up or down to change channels and volume as well as to go to settings function which is on the tv itself. Since there are not that many ota channels, i find that just scrolling up or down is sufficient and its quite easy to use. Imo, the only thing someone who recently cut the cord may find missing from the watching experience is the fact that is that there is no channel guide.
