I don't know the answer to this for sure but I highly doubt it. I wasn't told that when I bought the protection for my laptop that it only cover a certain amount of money. So you can't get it fixed if you accidentally break it twice and it cost more than the amount. Well you can get it fixed but you need to pay the extra. I thought it would be like my phone insurance.
