“What happens when you guys cannot fix the problem? I have had my laptop for 1 year and 1 month and have had to bring it in 5 times. First time they replaced the hard drive, ram, and screen. The last four times have not been able to correct problem.”

This is a relevant to your issue but right after Xbox came out we purchased our youngest a new one and it didn’t even work for a whole month we took it back they said they couldn’t give us a refund because they’re still working out the kinks I went to the geek squad and there was a guy there That help my husband he took me straight back to the new Xbox and said thank you have a nice day
