Hi there. Thank you for reaching out about this! Technically, the 3 Year Geek Squad Protection plan does not cover the support side of it. A few years ago, we split up our all-encompassing plan into two options (a support plan and hardware protection plans). We'd still be happy to look at the computer in a free appointment and can sometimes fix an issue within that. I hope this helps. If you have anymore questions, please let us know!
