• A:Answer I would have to say to where its so damaged they cant even tell it was a laptop or computer like throwing it in the back of a tree shredder lol . No seriously if its damaged to the point they can not see a serial # or tell it is what you say it is . But I have seen they replace laptops that have been run over by a car tire . So their pretty accepting at certain stores (the certain stores part sucks but some city's and stores just have horrible customer service and you may have to get cooperate involved ) Hope this helps

Buy air in a can and it should clear the gunk away, assuming you didn't fry your motherboard or hard drive, after 3-5 days. Also, a verrrrry lightly moist paper towel can also help when the PC is turned off, but remember...water and electronics don't mix well.

• A:Answer The plan is a joke and their service is even more of a joke. All they want is to take your money for zero service in return. I went up to the tech desk in Brick NJ with a cracked screen. I told him “unfortunately it was a guy instead of a tech woman” that I bought the highest most expensive plan. He punches in my phone number and at first tells me I don’t exist in the system. Finally he finds me in the system and says it’s fully covered. I was persistent. Then he tells me there’s no sense in fixing the laptop because it would take 4 weeks to get it back. I ask about a screen protector and they tell me there is no such thing. Then they sell me a case for my laptop that doesn’t fit. Best Buts is a clown show!!
