“I was told that in the event of a covered failure. I would be given a new printer of the model that was purchased with the plan. If the item was discontinued, I would be given the model that replaced the original 100% no cost to me. Was I misled?”

• Nope you weren't misleas at all, they will replace it with a model that is equal to the amount that the original one was for.
