If you used a email or phone number it should be fine. Sometimes they can scan the product and it will pop up. Best Buy will handle it because Geek squad is soo ready to fix whatever it is.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can just go into the store. They will be able to look up warranty info if you have the purchase attached to your rewards account and they have even looked up by phone number. Best buy has hands down the best warranty of all. Good luck
