Although I love the monitor, Best Buy really didn’t explain my 4 year warranty protection when buying it … My Purchase of the Samsung T55 27” feels like a complete waste of money, when I can’t exchange it out for a new due to damage. Hopefully I can find a better store to shop from.

If it's not, we give you a gift card for what you paid and that can go towards maybe a different model (like a different Xbox controller than what you had) or an entirely different purchase.
