This television does not have the ability to pair with wireless headphones without the use of an audio transmitting adapter.

In general terms yes. Make sure the wireless headset is a bluetooth that supports low latency transmissions. Best Buy and Amazon have a ton of bluetooth transmitter/receivers with this feature.
