I can't answer specifically to the BDV-E3200 - However the BDV-E3100 links great to my Insignia 48 inch Roku. We went from daily use of a ps4 system to this Blu-Ray. Although it's a "slower" acting system than what we were used to - our picture quality increased substantially. Brights were brighter and darks were darker. I can't imagine you would have any trouble linking the systems - especially if your Samsung supports ACR HDMI.
