“Multi Region Blue Ray & DVD I bought this yesterday because it says it had a Mutli Region Zone Free player , first DVD i put in from the UK said region code did not match and the the player has a sticker saying only Region 1 , if only region 1 how can it be Zone Free”

Hello neil! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately this unit will support only the region shown on that sticker located in the back of the unit and discs that come with a region icon labeled as ALL instead of the number as shown on page 61 of the instructions manual with the following link: http://146.215.230.18/release/BDV-E6100_E4100_E3100_E2100.pdf ~ Jeannette
