• A:Answer It only replaces product one time. I used for a 3yr old Dyson, it was replaced no questions asked and I took plan out on the replacement. Worth the money due to product cost

• A:Answer Mine stopped charging after two months and they just replaced it on the spot with a new one. They have done that with every item I’ve purchased except for a Sony 4K Blu-ray player which would freeze in the middle of a movie and need to be re-plugged from the first week I purchased it. They were going to have to send it back to Sony for repairs even though it was in stock and I had purchased the 3 year warranty so I suppose it depends on which type of item. They did give me a tip to simply turn off the Bluetooth and the problem should disappear. They were correct. Now I just connect to WI-fi a couple of times a month to check for software updates (which can also be updated with a USB Memory Stick or flash drive.

If you just purchased it and are wondering how to activate the plan, you do not need to do anything. It's activated from the time of purchase. I hope this helps.
