I believe the answer is yes. Customer satisfaction is crucial as it distinguishes a reputable brand from a misleading one. Occasionally, brands adjust the usage terms of your device. I collaborated with a brand that did this, but it was clearly stated during the purchase. If Geek Squad promised you protection yet pro-rated your device or refunded you a different amount than what you originally paid, I would consider that deceptive and hesitate before making another purchase.
