• A:Answer I got protection plan for two years on my tv and they said that they don’t cover damage so what do they cover?, Is useless getting protection plans from geek squad I don’t recommend.

Q: QuestionThe TV only allows me to change the channel by going to the guide each time. My dad is 86 and he needs to be able to just change the channel using the keypad or the up and down arrows. I need help. This was a Christmas gift for him and he cant use it!

• A:Answer Unfortunately most likely a no. But you can put it into a bowl of rice for a few days (rice absorbs water), and then hope it can restore your watch into working condition

Q: QuestionRZ # 3447944524. Inv # AW9 FUO Our 49” Sony installed by Team Magnolia on 10/16/17 fails to start. It flashes red 6 times on lower LED and shuts off. Attempts to unplug TV and cable box in an assorted fashion bears no fruit. We are seasonal residents.

• A:Answer I'd definitely recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's so worth it. Especially since Samsung TV's aren't cheap. I'm think you have up to 14 days after you buy your TV to go back & purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan.
