A:AnswerThey're not going to cover things that are YOUR fault. There are lots of other reasons to have a warranty... Things break on their own. Power surges happen, LED's go out, Pixels can go bad, power supplies can fail, etc... It's a warranty against defects, not full coverage car insurance protecting you from yourself. .

A:AnswerThe warranty only covers the console. If you need to take it back under the warranty they will first send it off to be fixed. They will NOT give in-store credit for a warranty item (they will replace it only)
A:AnswerBest Buy doesn’t make tv’s and can only extend a 30 day return policy and offer an extended warranty. If the warranty is not purchased then the next step to take would be to contact the manufacturer because it could be covered by their warranty
