• Prob not from geek squad, but you could likely on a Square Trade or Allstate third-party warranty.

• Why couldn't you? You can purchase a plan on a vehicle after you leave the dealership at a completely different place, or through your insurance company! Cell phones are the same way. Don't see why you're monitor would make a difference?
