If you bought the appliance with the extended geek squad warranty from what I understand as long as something broke on it that’s within that warranty time. The only thing you’re supposed to do is call up Best Buy I would ask to speak to a manager this way you bypass everybody else. Tell them you have the product tell them you have the extended warranty tell them it’s not working and that from what you understand with the warranty that you bought the item needs to either be fixed or replaced. When can someone come out and do this it should be that simple.
