Yes but they sometimes bundle. One installation is for the TV and the other is for the soundbar.

I am not an employee of Best Buy. From experience, yes there is a separate, small fee, because attaching a sound bar requires separate brackets and different hookups for power. Aside from that, it is an option, since standard convention is to place it on a table.
