The LG 77” C4 is an awesome TV. Crystal clear picture, easy setup, and large selection of useful apps. Geek Squad did a great job installing it. The technicians were courteous, fast, and cleaned up everything as they went. They explained everything to me about the TV, and answered all the questions I had. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience, from shopping for it, to final installaion. I highly recommend both the TV and having it installed by Geek Squad.

I cannot express how great of a job Anthony and Chris from Geek Squad in Greensboro, NC did! They were incredibly friendly and professional; They installed my TV like the pros they are! Originally, I hired a competitor that was unable to install my Samsung TV (because they are different from other tv installations due to the flush mount.) I am so thankful for Chris and Anthony's experience and hardwork, Geek Squad will be my "go to" Company moving forward!

The Best Buy installers were fantastic. They mounted new TV, and shelving and accessories. So efficient, and knew their stuff. 4 TVs now with Total Tech plan, and another one soon for garage setup. Free delivery and install by professionals is the only way to go.

The agents called me on the day of informing me the time they will arrive and when they were on their way. They showed up on-time. The agents mounted my tv, hooked up my sound bar, and made sure everything was setup before leaving. They also took care of the trash as well as hauling away the old tv. Agents were knowledgeable and offered their advice on any questions I had.

The two guys who helped me were very helpful. One of the installers made sure I was getting the proper service by spending 20 minutes on the phone to make sure I was getting my TV mounted instead of being set up due to an invoice issue. They also set up my desk and did it so fast the whole time it took to do everything was a total of 1 hour. Great team. I would highly recommend them, The gentleman was a Latino American and a Caucasian fellow. I forgot their names, unfortunately, but I will describe them to at least let Geek Squad/Best Buy know the description of the duo that performed their amazing service. Another thing they did while on the phone to redo the invoice to correctly match the service they were providing to me, one of them was installing the products ahead of time to increase the efficiency. My room is so much cleaner now it's so surreal. I have a picture to prove it too! I believe the Latino American's name was Angel, and he called me ahead of time to come earlier to get to my house to start the appointment which I was greatly touched by because it showed me how caring and professional he was. Great guys and keep having them do guys!

We purchased a large TV in late December - 2 days later it was installed and working except the sound bar mount tilted. The installation tech recommended we call Geek Squad back and after Christmas we did. In 2 days a new member of the installation sub cobtractor came out and fixed our problem Everyone was determined that we have satisfaction and thats why i like to purchase through BEST BUY - thank you!!

Note: INSTALL NOT DONE BY GEEK SQUAD Review of Best Buy sales service: When ordering the Installation Service in-store at Willow Grove PA Best Buy for my LG 65" OLED G5, the 2 sales people who were helping me did not know everything that was included with the service. If you look at the website for the item & click "What's included" it tells you. It's supposed to include delivery, unboxing, mounting, concealing video cables, configuring video devices, connecting video devices to network, programming remotes, system demo & customer education, & clean up & package removal. But I still had to purchase an "Add-On In-Wall Power Extension" for an additional $50 to run power & video cables through the wall. Also, the sales associate & his manager did NOT question & advise as to what LENGTH of HDMI cables or type of HDMI cables (this TV has Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 ports) I would need to connect TV to my Home Theater equipment. I ended up buying 3 different lengths (not at BB). The bottom of TV is 40" above the floor & I still needed a 15 foot long cable, which fortunately I got before the Installers came. I asked if the install would be done by the Geek Squad & they told me it would be a 3rd party installer scheduled between 7am-7pm. Got a text from BB day before install saying ARRIVAL window is 5:15pm-8:15pm, which is outside the agreed to time window. I cancel & reschedule. The Installer calls & says arrival 3:00pm-6:00pm. Then get a text from BB saying 4:45pm-7:45pm. Installers did not arrive until 8:15 pm. Crazy! Review of "Unlimited Installations" (3rd PARTY INSTALLER): Received call at 7 pm saying they were going to pick up my TV. Two men arrived at 8:15pm & one carried the TV in himself. I was tired & they were very tired. This was way TOO LATE to be starting a job, but the men made a concerted effort to get the job done. They got the included wall bracket mounted but ran into some issues installing the In-Wall Power Extender because of a heat duct in the wall. They called their boss (the owner) & told me the boss would call the next morning & come to finish the job. It was 10:15 pm when they left. The boss called next morning and apologized for the lateness & the job not being finished. He & an associate arrived about 9 am on Labor Day weekend & put down a tarp to protect the floor. He checked the bracket installation & completed the In-Wall Power Extender install without further issue, mounted the TV on the wall, & ran the video & ethernet cables inside the wall & we connected to my components. The back of the TV fit flat against the drywall & you can't see any bracket or wires behind it (a LG OLED G5 OneWall feature). He set up the TV remote & TV & turned on a 4K You Tube video to demonstrate the TV worked. They vacuumed & cleaned up. There was no "configuring video devices" or "customer education" performed (not sure if that is a Best Buy or Installer issue). While there were many bumps along the road & the road was longer than it should have been, the end result met my expectations & looks great. Hopefully, Best Buy & their Installers can correct & improve their customer service & scheduling processes.

People come install my TV. They were extremely careful, very professional, They covered their shoes to enter my house. They explained everything to us perfectly. They didn't leave until we fully understood the BIG SCREEN options. The handling of the device was carefully handled and the installation was wonderfully fast and Super professional. They even finished putting my things back as they were at the beginning of their arrival and took away the cardboard and trash! I didn't have to worry about anything after installation! They did the complete set up of my TV!! I really recommend it, we are very happy.

The Geek Squad service technicians were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They visited the store to investigate an issue with my TV and promptly resolved it, installing it within a few minutes. Truly professionals, would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Sometimes younger people are the best at tech install. Our house was destroyed in a wildfire disaster and was just rebuilt after two years. We really needed to get and feel home again. We had a 65 inch OLED TV to install over a mantle and fireplace. We are elderly and couldn’t do it. The builder preferred not to deal with it and was unsure about worker availability. A close nephew suggested the mount to buy, and ask Best Buy’s Geek Squad. So I did. Scheduling was easy and the kids doing the scheduling were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. The young man doing the installation called and showed up on time. He was prepared and figured out what needed to be done and how to do it. He completed everything quickly, cleaned up the area and was one of the nicest people I’ve met in awhile. The TV looks great and can be adjusted to view easily. He did a very good job and my wife and I enjoy being home more than ever.

They got here on time and went right to work. Very professional, TV was mounted in no time and like I asked to do it. Answered all my questions and set the TV up for me. Hauled away the trash and was finished in good time. Very pleased with the service.

Hi Everyone, I purchased a 77” Sony TV and I went ahead and made the decision to pay for Geek Squad to do the installation. Let me simply say that not only did it take all the stress of having the install done correctly but the technician’s technique was extremely professional on the actual lifting and mounting process. This technique would not have been duplicated by anyone who didn’t install tvs like this all the time. This all in one motion lift protected the tv from any damage! Also, the technician ensured that the tv was going to be at the right height for my viewing pleasure and he was very professional on where to drill the mount into the studs of the wall and to make sure the tv mount was level. Could I have installed this 77” tv…sure, however this was such a stress free experience that made the purchase of the installation very worthwhile. The entire process only took 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he left. If I had the opportunity to take back my purchase, there is no way I would reverse this decision to get Geek Squad to do the job correctly.

The gentlemen arrived on schedule to hang my 75inch Samsung Frame TV. They were courtesy and attentive to the task at hand. The job was completed in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad! The job is warrantied, so I am not worried about any future issues with the installation,
