When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area and discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new TV and attach it to the wall mount bracket for TV mounting service.
Once assembled, we’ll mount your TV to a standard frame wall with a drywall surface or onto compatible furniture, or place it on an existing entertainment stand. When mounted, cables will be exposed on the outside of the wall.
Whether mounted to the wall or furniture, we’ll make sure all wires are neatly dressed, using wire ties when necessary.
Once the work is complete, we’ll plug the TV into an existing outlet and test functionality. We’ll make sure the TV works as intended and is free from defects or damage.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
We can reinstall your existing TV into another room in your home or haul it away to be recycled. This does require additional services and fees.
