If I were Hisense, I would be angry at Best Buy. In store, this tv looks terrible 90% of the time. Why? Best Buy’s wifi is super bogged down and the video for this tv is streamed making for a super blurry pixelated image while the other tvs are not streamed. Spec wise, not even to mention for the price, this is the best 100” tv you can get. The picture is beautiful the sound is amazing with good depth for a tv speaker but without being a tech nerd I wouldn’t of chose this tv based on in store display. This was the case at multiple Best Buy locations. Going from a Samsung QLED to this I couldn’t be happier, mind blown honestly. I also REALLY like the google tv environment so I won’t be using my firestick anymore. Couldn’t be happier and if you’re driving yourself nuts on which one to pull the trigger on, stop and get this tv. Thank me later.

The agents mounted the tv in no time. They explained every step of the process and even helped me figure out what was best for my specific situation. They even left the wires nice and together. I cannot express how impressed I am.

Geek Squad came to my house with my new 98 inch TCL TV. It was pretty big, but the two guys managed to get it in the room I wanted no problem. They were super careful and polite. They asked where I wanted it, and I had some painters tape on the wall to give them an idea. I let them work, as I also had a wall mount for them to put up for the tv. I also had a power outlet that I bought and they put that in the wall to hide the cords. Very nice of them. They used a stud finder and marked where the wall mount shoud go to place the tv. They cleaned up the mess from putting the electric outlet in the drywall too. They noticed I didn't have any soundbar or speakers for the tv and asked if I needed some or had had the chance to get one. I was so busy I had forgotten to. Well they had the one I actually wanted on their truck so I got the soundbar and they sub woofer that day. How cool and lucky I was. Again, I let them work and after about 30mins, they were done and had the soundbar, sub woofer, and tv mounted on the wall for me to check out. They were downloading updates on the tv, and I had to get an app for the new soundbar so they helped me with that. When everything was done, they showed me the new soundbar and how good it was in dolby atmos, and double checked with me about the tv placement. I couldn't have been happier. I had a get together that day right as they got done, my friends started coming in and they were so impressed. Joe was my Geek Squad guy out in the Spartanburg/Greenville area. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with this experience. These 2 Geek Squad guys were Awesome. I got my sister a tv 4 Xmas and it's coming thursday and I hope I get the same guys. I even told the manager at the store how happy I was. Thanks guys. You Rock!

excellent service by Jessie and David, hung the TV, set the setting and paired the remotes, explained downloads. Did an overall awesome job.

We purchased Hisense 100 inch TV [100U75QG] with the Google TV from Best Buy and was the first time ordering this huge TV set which was promptly delivered and followed up for TV mounting service by Geek Squad team. The Geek Squad listened to our concerns and answered them patiently and even visited us twice to get the right mount for our 100 inch TV. The communication was crisp and their staff was diligent in the set-up. I highly recommend Geek Squad for all the buyers for swift and care-free delivery / TV mounting services.

I used Best Buy Geek Squad to install my TCL TV, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The tech showed up on time, handled the large screen confidently, mounted it level, and made sure everything powered on correctly before leaving. They didn’t rush, answered questions, and cleaned up afterward, which matters when you’re dealing with a big, expensive TV. Bottom line: professional, efficient, and stress-free. Especially recommended for large or heavy TVs.

After 2 failed delivery attempts this duo showed up, removed existing tv anf advised me of the proper placement of my current tv before mounting it. Afterwards, they checked to ensure that it was level, and helped me setup my fire tv and remote. They also wore booties over their shoes; so very respectful!

The best ever installation! They installed mounts, new TV (replaced my poor fantastic plasma that I burned blue image in), hung another TV I had, and answered my million questions. These two gentlemen we’re unbelievably fantastic, and never complained about my asking, asking, asking. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Best Buy.

Best mount for our 83” oled. Great built quality and easy to setup. The geek squad was very professional and respectful of my time and house. The cleaned up everything after all done. Wires were properly tied and managed behind the tv. Gave professional advice when asked about what a good height to mount the tv for best viewing experience.

The team came with in the estimated time frame and mounted and set up our new tv and sound bar very quickly! They were respectful and friendly! Highly Impressed!

Communication on arrival time could have been better. But once they did arrive they were professional, had the 100" TV wall mounted, setup, and cleaned up in about 20 minutes.
