Q: How do I cancel my haul away service?
A: Unless one can uninstall appliance and remove it from existing location before service people arrive, there is no way to do this. This has become a moneymaking thing for Best Buy if one is not interested in haulaway. I've found their telephone services difficult to deal with and so go into store again for torder changes. If you live close by as I do it is a minor inconvenience.

A: Don't believe anything written here. Best Buy does NOT or WILL NOT remove anything to get your appliances in or out your home, even if you paid for the haul away and installation. I was never told to remove my railings or pictures. When BB arrived they refused to taje the doors off the refrigerator or remove the banister. They repeatedly canceled my order and would not reimburse me for all the spoiled food and days taken off work for non-deliveries. Instead they left the new fridge in my driveway and refused to do anything else, although i had paid for it. This crap continued for 5 weeks!!! I ended up doing everything myself with the help of a neighbor. BB sucks. Go anywhere but there.
