Delivery guys made an extra effort for a drop off and pick up task. Moved Appliance to a second room. Appliance (open box) looked good in the store. Disappointed to see the dent and multiple scratches. Noticed after delivery. See attached before and after photos. Please get an appliance dolly (platform and 4 wheels). Vinyl floor installed 4 days ago was scratched and scuffed. Delivery guys doing the very best they can with available tools. Please help me find a bottom drawer replacement as that will resolve 80% of the cosmetic issues. I do have a time stamped photo if you need it. Delivery guys had a long route and spent extra time, and that is good customer service, so 5 stars for that. Damage could have happened after purchase but prior to delivery. We like the KitchenAid stove, dishwasher and refrigerator recently purchased at Best Buy. Thanks!

Hector and Richy were both professional and polite. Hector took the introductory time to provide an overview of the delivery services and some pros and cons. Wasn’t overly concerned. I will say the haul away and delivery seemed a bit intense and the team did an excellent job! Few dings here and there but Clorox wipes made this seem irrelevant. Thanks you both for your diligence in providing exceptional services. The photos are post clean up just to validate the minor concerns regarding wall damage.

The gentleman that came to my home to remove my old refrigerator and my new refrigerator. We’re both professional and considerate to my needs. I was unsure of the size of my new refrigerator. However, he measured it and hooked up the water and I was good to go. Despite Refrigerated did not fit I eventually did some minor adjustments to the molding and now I’m happy with my new hall.

A smart SamsungTV and refrigerator I purchased. I did my research for a while before I purchased. Very satisfied with the quality of the products. Best Buy has always been my go to for my household and electronically needs. Quality and service deserves a five star rating. The two men that deliver the products were fast, efficient and very friendly. I appreciate that as well. Another plus is that they remove the owed products being 70 years old it’s not a task that I can perform. I’m grateful for Best Buy. They’ve thought of everything..

It seems Best Buy has outsourced all of their support service out of country and this created a number of hassles along the way. The unit itself was priced right, we received amazing service at best buy, setup delivery and at this point the process was incredible. The horror began with delivery, they outsourced to a 3rd party contractor. They delivered the unit, did not do anything other than being it in, plug in the water line and plop it down. Did not level it, or check the unit at all. We pull off the protective tape in this unit and see it has a massive dent on the corner of the beverage center door. Now I call customer support, the AI system is useless and can't understand delivery issue isn't a repair request. The first rep was very helpful and emphatic, the problem was even though I was starting at a damaged fridge he could not start any replacement request because it was still marked in transit. Told me I had to call back the next day, of course... Next day callback I get a new rep, this one wants to know if we have Samsung care, as if that matters for a damaged delivery, then attempts to tell me I have to pay for a delivery fee for them to come back out. This rep hung up on me after I rightfully challenged his logic and made it clear I would not be paying this fee. After this I had to hut the customer support chat, got another rep, this rep took their time, helped me resolve the issue, and scheduled a replacement delivery. Replacement delivery comes, another 3rd party contractor. Fridge was good, they did manage to break my water outlet while connecting the fridge and left the actual install, leveling and door shimming to me. Bottom line. Don't buy large appliances from best buy until they decide to care about customer support after that sale. This is what happens when you outsource your companies image to other companies.

The new refrigerator was a 1/2 in. too tall to fit under the cabinets. The delivery guys were so patient, they took the old fridge, returned the new refrigerator and after I “remodeled” the cabinetry, brought the refrigerator back the next day! Really exceptional service!

Best Buy contracted with delivery & install company was A&C Delivery Inc. Oakland Ca. The two men were very professional. measured the doors and entrance spaces and strapped the old fridge and carried it out of the house, never touching the inside floors. The delivery company men were always professional from beginning to end. Remember to tip them !!!!

These guys were awesome!! Luis and his team were careful and cautious taking the old one out. Caring on telling us how it works too. I want them to deliver anytime I purchase from Best Buy! They're the BEST!

I bought a Kitchenaid combination wall microwave and oven. It works like a charm, intuitive and user-friendly, and looks slick. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Having Best Buy supply and install my New Washing Machine and Dryer along with a New Dish Washer. Plus Brand New Refrigerator is by far the most normal major idea I have ever had. All my old Appliances were removed by Best Buy and the New Appliances replaced them. There was no disturbance to a normal day. It was as if We walked into a new home. The appliances we chose at Best Buy will be beyond extraordinary. Best Buy has made us feel that we have a new home with gorgeous new appliances. We are so excited about the difference that our home is now fresh and new. Thank you again for helping us with the choice of our appliances. Best Buy and you will definitely be seeing us again along with our friends and family . Best Buy has completed all Home and we can’t thank you enough. Jay and Sheila

The delivery crew was fantastic!! Would recommend anytime. They were very careful installing out new appliances and not damaging anything.

Haul away was efficient. Men removed the doors of the old fridge to help it out the front door.

My only suggestion is restore the benefits that being a loyalty customer used to offer. I was disappointed that taking away the old microwave was not free of charge.

The washer was delivered on time and the delivery guys also removed the old one. They connected the washer to the pipes and explained in detailed how to operate it. The washer is user friendly I was able to explain how to operate it to my 85 yesr old Aunt. We are happy with the purchase.
