Water line kit was missing some parts I will return to the Best Buy store to get a new kit. My old refrigerator couldn’t be haul away because it was infected with insects Best Buy have to refund me for that otherwise everything else was pretty ok.

Our insignia refridgerator was installed this afternoon,the delivery crew was prompt,courteous, and friendly. Calos and Gaer were the delivery crew,they should be commended for their professionalism! I would highly recommend best buy services!

The third party who does the haul away marked as completed although haul away wasnt complete and caused over a three week delay for my haul away that was supposed to be done the same day. Just do your job guys. Still here theyre supposed to be here tomorrow we'll see.

I have to say I’m 50 years old I have never cam across a nicer ,more professional and dedicated delivery crew. This crew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just a drop off scheduled I hooked up the water line myself created a leak and this gentleman repaired it for me.

I would definitely buy this again! The control panel with touch buttons inside the refrigerator to control the icemaker and ice boost, temperatures, etc. is awesome!

Worst experience ever. Same company botched delivery (six cancellations, no notice) resulted in me having to arrange pickup myself and unable to use haul away service. Left me with two units and endless headaches. Incompetent, zero accountability. Never again. Absolute trash service. I hope Best Buy changes delivery companies

A month later, and I still don’t have a working washer and dryer. This was for a rental 3,000 miles away—now sitting empty—thanks to Best Buy’s chaos. First delivery? No stacking kit. The rude, impatient crew bolted before I could even get customer service on the phone. Multiple canceled deliveries later, I learn Best Buy doesn’t even sell the kit—I had to get it from Amazon. When they finally showed up, they dropped the old unit, wrecked my stairs, molding, and wall. Then they shoved the new set in, crushed the vent hose, and left a fire hazard behind. Property damaged. Rent lost. Patience gone. Never again, Best Buy.

Just got it delivered today so far so good except they forgot to put side and back fillers on so they have to come back

Although it was difficult to get out the stackable unit, they were able to do it and re-install the new ones. Good job overall.

Very good service and the dryer is so far so good in use.

My old dishwasher was hauled away and my new LG dishwasher was installed. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Only issue was that the installer did not get my permission to drill a screw into the side of my custom cabinet. The screw cracked the wood. I would not use this Bestbuy contracted installer again.

No hassle at all! With expertise Best Buy swiftly carted the old stove away. Broken oven door, etc. They also give great directions prep before they come.

Had no issues setting up a haul away! No questions asked, just payment. Had overall excellent experience!

Ralph and Dave did excellent job installing new fridge . And hauling away old fridge . Very professional and polite. This team new what they were doing from beginning to end . Was here only half hour . 100 percent excellent job!!!

The delivery crew were fast, courteous, and quick installing our new Whirlpool fridge. Worth a little extra to haul off a 3 year old LG disposable refrigerator, yes, LG, Samsung and GE now make disposable major appliances. Whirlpool is still American Made. Great job.

For the amount of physical labor and transportation to take appliance to landfill, its worth every pennie to get haul away option.
