A: no I recently bought a MacBook m3max and the price was 3500 when I bought it Best Buy then had a sale themselves on the item for 2999 I the requested the price match and was told that it was eligible then when he put it through they said we weren't able to process it makes no sense lol the MacBook see was on your own. website and you won't honor it rediculous

A: Yeah, as an example, have you ever bought something and on the 15 days, the priced dropped? How about even 31 days like other retailers typically? That especially happens with Phones, and Computer hardware, like video cards and ssd storage. I actually went back to Best buy twice within 40 days to get back the price difference from a samsung ssd that I bought!! And Gpu prices dropped so I ended up upgrading the Video Card I bought for a more powerful one!!, LOL! I'm smiling now!!

Q: Does this membership include haul away service?

A: Run from this company !! They are horrible

A: Get the membership, then make your purchase. You can do both in one visit.

Q: Will this membership help with ordering hard to come by items? like some laptops, video cards or recently released tech goes unavailable the moment i get notification its available for purchase. this has been gong on for years and im sick of it.

A: From my experience, no. If you ask Best Buy, they will assure you that members receive exclusive, early access to these products to sell the membership to you like they did to me. I haven't had any early or exclusive access to high demand products that they specifically promised I would get early access to purchase. Don't buy the membership for that benefit.

Q: I know that Best Buy Plus membership extends the return period on most products to 60 days. But does it also extend the Price Match Guarantee to 60 days as well? Or is that still only good for 14 days regardless?

A: It did with my microwave return. I was at the 60 day mark and they worked with me.

Q: Let me be more specific with my original question If I purchase the $49 Geek Squad membership, then I purchase a Starlink kit which requires activation.. Do I have 60 days to return the Starlink if I am not happy with the performance?

A: I would recommend asking Best Buy support for a guarantee but every item should allow 60 days with the membership besides some workout equipment and cameras that require a 15% restocking fee
