I bought this TV at Best Buy and I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, the 75” screen feels super immersive like in a theater, and the Tizen system is fast and easy to use. Great value for the price, and as a premium member I got 15% of discount—definitely recommend! Side note: the custom service 5/5 stars, both the cashier and the person who helped carry the tv were nice and efficient, experts in what they do. (Best Buy never disappoints)

This just depends on the type of consumer you are if you are a tech geek and always buys a lot of new things that come out this membership helps a lot because there are a lot of perks such as discounts and the coverage for your MacBook if you bought a MacBook or you decided you’re gonna buy . If you’re just the average Joe like myself, I’d recommend buying the membership. Only if you are the type that needs peace of mind and some kind of insurance if you just simply don’t care about coverage or you’re just gonna make one purchase and one purchase only or you make a purchase once in a few years, then the membership wouldn’t really be much of a asset to you. Overall, when I’ve had to speak to someone from Best Buy, the experiences have always been fast, simple and straight forward.
I purchsed DJI drones, Sony a7iv, action cameras, and other devices for hobbies it has come in handy so many times. Even if you dont live crazy like me you should get it it for the protection plans. ANYTHING can happen and nothing hurts more than 5K down the drain man.

On December 8, 2023, I bought the Nintendo Switch Oled at the Coral Springs store and I had the best experience, in the attention, the treatment, the cordiality, the kindness, the patience of the person who served me, named Stephanie, she more that a saleswoman made me feel as if a family member was taking care of me, very apart from all her excellent attention, she gave me information on benefits that the store provided that I did not know about, although I have usually bought there for years. Like many of us, we make efforts to acquire something for our children or family, or friends.... or for yourself that day I left the store happy and grateful and I absolutely recommend it.

Five stars for Best Buy's Geek Squad! My son's gaming PC conked out on him, and we were devastated. We took it to Best Buy, hoping for the best. The Geek Squad was fantastic! They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even offered some tips for preventing future issues. Within a few days, the PC was back in perfect working order, better than ever! The Total Tech Support warranty made the whole process seamless and stress-free. We can't thank the Geek Squad enough for saving the day. If you ever need tech repair, look no further than Best Buy!
I love the protection this plan offers. This is my third year purchasing it, and I have no regrets whatsoever. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my products are protected is indescribable. The few times I've needed to make a claim, they've resolved it quickly and efficiently.

I bought me a MacBook air pricing was very reasonable for what I got. Customer service was awesome. I bought the membership yearly very happy with it in the coverage that it covers. I got AppleCare covers my Mac if I drop it break, it spilled water on it recommend this package to anybody buying electronics or laptop

My original laptop that I bought at Best Buy went out and they cannot fix it so they gave me store credit and I used that credit to put towards another laptop. The representative at the store who helped me was so kind and patient. I was stuck between two laptops, and again the representative explained everything to me regarding the new laptop that I had questions about.  I was able to successfully purchase my new laptop and I absolutely love it. . The fact that its touch screen is a bonus for me!!

My son is extremely happy with his new Lenovo laptop computer. He likes the performance of the laptop and the touch screen features. He has had other laptop brands (Dell and Apple) but favors this Lenovo brand over the previous brands.

Although this plan has had its uses, I would not buy it again. I bought the Best Buy protection plan for a DJI drone they no longer carry. Now that my drone is broken, they can’t repair it, can’t replace it with the same model, and the “comparable” option they offer only covers about half of what I originally paid—so I’m out roughly $700 in value. I even suggested a solution: let me keep my original drone (which they can’t fix, can’t replace, and can’t resell) and give me a comparable replacement. They refused, so I’m stuck either way. Unless you’re buying Samsung or Apple products, this protection plan feels like a gamble. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Iv been buying the 500 or so tvs but i decided to go big time plus sound bar i was not disappointed it's awesome babe say enough about this tv. Great great picture is really fast going from app to app the sound is incredible coming from everywhere seems like. I would tell family and freinds to buy this one.

Too much runaround to get issues taken care of. I just need the remote of my 1 yr old LG tv remote replaced since the buttons are just falling off. Got through on chat but they can't even help me and says I need to call in but the call in hours didn't work for my schedule. Starting to think the value isn't there, might need to cancel the membership.
