When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work and your personal preferences to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Using mounts you provide, we'll place up to 2 wireless cameras on the wall or ceiling locations you desire, then verify that the camera positions are satisfactory. We'll also mount up to 2 solar panels near the device that is being powered by the solar panel.
We’ll install and configure your non-restricted stand-alone, computer, or cloud-based digital video recorder.
We'll connect your cameras to your gateway or router. If your cameras have the ability to stream to a mobile device, we'll help you download the app and get it set up.
We'll show you how to change the batteries on the camera (if applicable), and provide an educational demonstration of the new system and components. In addition, we'll help with personalization and the configuration of an existing voice control device with your new camera setup.
This service does not include computer repair, troubleshooting, installation or concealment of any cable or wiring, setup or configuration of a new wireless network, recommendations on camera placement, home/mount modifications, or professional monitoring service setup/enablement.
For any additional cameras, an add-on charge must be assessed for installation.
*Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
