    Yesterday was delivery day of items purchased, it was a no fit so, the driver took the fridge back, and best buy called me asking me to call back next day and tell them what I would like to do with my order. I called back today said I would like to keep same refrigerator because my husband moved the island in the kitchen to make it fit and they said it was not avail any longer will have to wait until April 30th, the driver left me only a house on the countertop in the kitchen and they said they can’t refund the installation kit because the driver said he left it and he only left the hose no box or anything just the hose and the other items that made up the kit he did not leave, and they said ohhhh just take back what you have to “see if they refund it”! Tomorrow I am going back to the store to see if I find another fridge and they should take the hose back back the driver has all other parts so I’m taking what I have!! This has just been such a hassle, totally understandable that it didn’t fit but where is the fridge that I purchased that they took back???? Don’t they still have it in the warehouse, it’s just crazy!

    Corporate best buy refused to honor our purchase of old appliance haul away. Not sure why old unit was much smaller. I had to call General Manager at store 2693 and he sent a contractor the next day to haul old one away; would have been same day if he had his own delivery unit.

    Samsung stove gas rage stove

    This company is not to be trusted. I purchased this stove on June 14, 2023 and they totally took my money. This stove has been fixed once and again today January 2025 the stove have the same exact problem. There is a strong sound very strong that does not let the stove reach it’s temperature in order to bake or air fry. I urge the public!!!!! urge not to buy this type of stove stuff

    Usually I love everything Best Buy, but this time, not so much. I enrolled in totaltech at the suggestion of chat. I was told installation/haul away were included in the program. Somehow my order morphed into delivery/ haul away. Claims haul away completed. It was not. It will now take place 7/25. The delivery man took off despite my asking him to wait until I called customer service, leaving this giant box blocking my dog's kibble and my access to my kitchen. I am disabled with a heart aneurysm, spinal reconstruction, and nerve damage to my hands. I have NO business moving anything this big, but thanks to the speedy exit of your deliveryman, I had to. Your customer service reps continue to be helpful and empathetic. This review is in no way directed towards them. Ordered 7/13, reordered installation on 7/19, installation now scheduled for 7/25. Will review appliance installation after 7/25.

    Installation is missing a part, the best buy contractor who supposed to install the oven is missing one frame to install, this is oven is coming with 2 frames, one of them is wide frame and the other one is narrow frame, the installation person tell me install one of them only under the oven and he said the other one is spare, but unfortunately the the one need to go to the top of the oven.

    First the fridge they brought was not the correct one. Then after two hours they finally get the new/wrong fridge installed. Somewhere in between all of this they managed to scratch my floors. In addition they were supposed level my fridge but the guys phone was so messed up and bent that there’s no way he could probably use the level app correctly. It’s okay though because it’ll be fine if it’s not level(really)? Lastly, there was a lock washer and a bolt laying on the ground, the installer said it’s nothing and the fridge will be fine. The lock washer and nut were meant to go on the bottom bracket holding the door together. Really? This is who you guys sent to my house to do professional work?

    I get almost all my appliances at Best Buy. One of the reason why I get ours is because of the service. But this guy is rude and did not even take time to level my oven. Our oven is not level. I’m the cook in our household. I don’t want my oil be on the other side when I sauté. People that cook know what I’m talking about.

    Item was not hauled away. My landlord got a summons of $75.00, which i have to pay. Plus i gave the delivery guys (2) a $20.00, tip. This is not fair. It was left in front of my building. Then the super had to remove it to the garbage area.

    The people who made the delivery of the first and second refrigerator, left me many holes and damage to the wall of the entire staircase, the wooden railing, I have already made about 25 claims and still no one calls me to repair the walls of my house I have called several times and sent several emails, I have not received any response and my walls are peeling more with the damages caused by the subcontractors of the delivery and installation

    Hi, Best Buy’s Third party delivery company named GUERRA TRANSPORTATION LLC is terrible they provide installation too. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED) They were (driver and his helper) very rude, unprofessional, unethical. They left the range-oven in the middle of the kitchen and left! They were taking pictures of the oven in my living room (no respect for my privacy) instead of the kitchen When I told them not to do that He said he forget the take the picture of it in the kitchen and that’s why he’s taking the pictures in my living room and that won’t damage the house!!!

    I had so many problems with these clowns, I honestly do not know where to begin. I will keep it short and sweet, by telling you that I ended up having to struggle with and drag the old dishwasher through my home, in order to put it out to trash, 2+ months after they were supposed to show up. All attempts to reschedule were met with 2-3 hour long games of pass-the-buck, or phone tag, if phone tag were played by a group of people who simply placed a caller on hold for 25 minutes or so before transferring them to some new player. It would seem the object of the game is to see how many times the sucker/caller will allow themselves to be passed around. NEVER AGAIN. N.E.V.E.R.

    Service was not performed however delivery person submitted as complete. Can an hour before scheduled appointment Time and refused to take the old one since I wasn’t ready for appointment, said give a call when ready I’ll be back called for next buy to says you’ll get a call back within 24-48 hours never called, I returned to call for Best Buy to now give me an appointment a week from yesterday. No thank you customer makes a purchase because they need it and trust your process I’ll take my money elsewhere
