    Hi, Best Buy’s Third party delivery company named GUERRA TRANSPORTATION LLC is terrible they provide installation too. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED) They were (driver and his helper) very rude, unprofessional, unethical. They left the range-oven in the middle of the kitchen and left! They were taking pictures of the oven in my living room (no respect for my privacy) instead of the kitchen When I told them not to do that He said he forget the take the picture of it in the kitchen and that’s why he’s taking the pictures in my living room and that won’t damage the house!!!

    I had so many problems with these clowns, I honestly do not know where to begin. I will keep it short and sweet, by telling you that I ended up having to struggle with and drag the old dishwasher through my home, in order to put it out to trash, 2+ months after they were supposed to show up. All attempts to reschedule were met with 2-3 hour long games of pass-the-buck, or phone tag, if phone tag were played by a group of people who simply placed a caller on hold for 25 minutes or so before transferring them to some new player. It would seem the object of the game is to see how many times the sucker/caller will allow themselves to be passed around. NEVER AGAIN. N.E.V.E.R.

    Service was not performed however delivery person submitted as complete. Can an hour before scheduled appointment Time and refused to take the old one since I wasn’t ready for appointment, said give a call when ready I’ll be back called for next buy to says you’ll get a call back within 24-48 hours never called, I returned to call for Best Buy to now give me an appointment a week from yesterday. No thank you customer makes a purchase because they need it and trust your process I’ll take my money elsewhere

    Terrible service. I paid for haul away service as part of my purchase and delivery of my Best Buy appliance. They did not haul it away. Scheduled haul away service again for two days later. Best Buy didn’t show up at all. Spent two days away from work to be here and my old appliance is still here.

    We had a horrible experience. There was a lot of confusion between the store and the installation people it took several tries to get it in. After 10 days we noticed that there was water under the kitchen cabinet due to the dishwasher not being connected correctly.

    They didn’t pick up the refrigerator for haul away like they said just called saying they were. This is the 3rd time scheduling with Best Buy and they can’t get it right! The delivery for my fridge came but guys couldn’t haul it away so they left it outside my house in the public driveway I share with my neighbors. They failed to pick it up once more even tho the job was made easier by it being outside! Best Buy are you serious!

    Don't bother, they won't haul away your old appliances. You pay for it, they deliver your new appliances, they make some excuse for why they need to reschedule your haul away, then never return to pick up your old appliances. In my case, they left the appliances on my driveway in front of my house. I'm waiting for rescheduling of a 3rd attempt to remove these things from my house.

    Never again worst experience of my life. They didn't show up the first time I wait all day home not even a phone call to let me know they where not coming, second time same thing happens and the 3rd time they finally get to my house over than an hour after the appointment time. No phone number provided to contact . So I was with the new and old appliance's in the middle of my kitchen for a week.I give 1 star because there is no option for 0.

    Non functioning fridge - also cannot open

    Refrigerator is new but does not work they did not include handles and we cannot open the fridge either So a non working fridge that you cannot even open it for $10k - Best Buy need to extend return or fix as new ASAP - also need to be able to open the Jen air fridge I even had cousins buili in panels for it -see photo

    Horrible. The delivery guys refuse to take the doors off the refrigerator to get it to fit through the front door and the kitchen entrance. They damaged the wall with a good chip in it and scuffed up the other wall. Best buy never contacted my wife or I after we complained about the situation. I honestly won't be buying or recommending best buy for appliances.

    There was no professionalism in this installer, haul away my broken microwave and left my new microwave on the floor. Couldn’t install my microwave because piece of wood was missing . They said , they would be back, that was the last time I heard from them, no return call , I had a feeling that would happen, I signed there little note pad and they never came back.

    The person who put in the dish was messed up! Moves all! Very up up set will never buy any anything from best buy again! Am going post what they did very up set! They need use this I got charge $30 for this why !

    Never showed up. Waited all day at home, only for the system to tell me job is completed. Pretty much item is sitting in my house. I'm shocked. So disappointed.

    On haul away my old dryer was picked up but box with protective cardboard an foam was left behind!! I called driver back an he respond by “ I’m not going back for it”call in another haul away.. so I discard left behind trash my self not happy at all!!!!

    Worst service ever. They brought the new dishwasher and it is missing a part and failed to bring the installation kit we had paid. The old dishwasher is still at home awaiting to be pick up. To complete, no one answer the messages and phone calls.

    Best Buy took away my dishwasher and then never installed the one I purchased it sitting in my kitchen sticking out of where they were supposed to put it in. I could have gotten my other dishwasher which was a Miele fixed.
