“Best buy had to take doors off old refrigerator to get it in the house. Will they do this to remove the old one? Will they remove new refrigerator doors to get new one in? We requested delivery and haul away.”

Don't believe anything written here. Best Buy does NOT or WILL NOT remove anything to get your appliances in or out your home, even if you paid for the haul away and installation. I was never told to remove my railings or pictures. When BB arrived they refused to taje the doors off the refrigerator or remove the banister. They repeatedly canceled my order and would not reimburse me for all the spoiled food and days taken off work for non-deliveries. Instead they left the new fridge in my driveway and refused to do anything else, although i had paid for it. This crap continued for 5 weeks!!! I ended up doing everything myself with the help of a neighbor. BB sucks. Go anywhere but there.
