“Can you guys completely hide all wires including power cord for the tv via inside wall ? If so is that the $199? Looked online and said it needs to be done up to code and might need some type of kit, If so is that the $150 extra I’m seeing ?”

I paid for the premium install and they decided to NOT run the cables for my Bose system.
