• Yea! I use it with my Laptop you just need an adapter cable !

• Yes, if you have an appropriate cable to connect from your PC to the HDMI port on the TV, this could be used as a monitor.

• I use it as a monitor you just need an HDMI video card. It has worked very well for myself as I view blueprints and drawings all day
