- Answer No matter how much you tinker with the settings and turn off every possible 'feature,' the pic on this set is always blurry and jerky. It is unforgivably bad.

QuestionCan I play videos with a USB stick??? Some other insignia I had, I was only able to put pictures but the pictures wouldn't play as a slideshow. Does this tv play slideshow and video through a USB?

- Answer "Roku-ready" doesn't really mean anything. It's just a marketing strategy they came up with. Wether it be Roku, ChromeCast, or Amazon Firestick, this TV will take it as long you have an Internet connection via WiFi. But No, it's not a smart Tv.

- Answer Hello, this TV is not able to connect to the Internet without having another device such as an Wi-fi enabled blu-ray player connected to it. Nonetheless, we do manufacture televisions which are Roku enabled and therefore, you will be able to stream Internet media through them. QuestionHow is the Custom Audio settings changed for the Bass and Treble? Those fields are not highlighted and not able to be selected. The Custom is preset to the same setting as Standard, so it is useless unless the treble and bass can be changed.

- Answer As you well know for the flatscreen and especially the lower end brands the speakers are mounted in the back the audio is terrible on most of the newer TVs even the high-end TVs so adjusting the trouble and bass even when available doesn’t do much good what I’ve done in the past what I have on all three of my TVs at home . I just purchased literally the cheapest sound bars that they make and you get much better sound with the front facing speaker that has adjustable treble and bass

- Answer A open box is suppose u brought a tv, and decided it’s not the tv you wanted u don’t like how it looks, so u return it back to Bestbuy n Geek Squad checks it n makes sure it is nothing wrong with it, so they in turn put it back on display as a open box. Me myself I have brought plenty of open box items n put insurance on it. It is still new just the box was open
