Oura - Ring 5 - Smart Ring & Fitness Tracker - Size Before You Buy with OR5 Sizing Kit - Size 8 - Silver - (2026)

A Life-Changing Upgrade The Perfect Alternative to a Smartwatch I have never left a full review for anything, but this ring absolutely deserves one! It’s slick, simplistic, almost don’t even notice it’s there sometimes! I have been wearing my Oura Ring since the beginning of August. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with a heart issue and needed to get my weight back down. I am proud to say I went from 185 lbs to 125 lbs in a year! Over the summer, I started working out more, mainly doing water aerobics. I previously had an Apple Watch and absolutely hated it. I didn't want a screen, and I didn't want to be interrupted by calls and texts. Plus, given my line of work, I really didn't want anything on my wrist. I started searching for a fitness tracker that didn't involve a second screen, and the Oura Ring popped up. I did a lot of research on the pros and cons because of the price—I didn't want to invest in something only for it to end up in my closet. Wearing the sizing kit for a week before buying was incredibly helpful. I switched between several sizes and learned that my fingers swell in the mornings and go down throughout the day. Now, I feel naked without my Oura Ring; it has truly become a part of me. The battery life is amazing, and it charges so fast! If the battery is low, I just put it on the charger while I’m in the shower, and it’s practically full by the time I get out. The app is great, though it took me a little while to get the hang of it. I had to look up some of the terminology to understand everything it was capable of. I love the meal logging feature—being able to take a photo of my meal and have the AI analyze it is fantastic. I sometimes have to make minor corrections, but it works really well. I do wish they still had a desktop version since I'm old school and don't love being on my phone, but the app is definitely worth your time once you play around with it. The ring spends the first couple of weeks collecting data to learn your baseline, so you won't see much right away. But once it learns your habits, the app gives great holistic health advice. It tells me when I need to rest after a hard day and even gives me nutritional tips. I also love that it tracks everyday movements, like cleaning the house, rather than just structured workouts. The sleep tracking is hands down worth every penny! Compared to other brands, Oura definitely gets this right. I work a 14-day rotating shift from days to nights, and the app helps me combat fatigue and make sure my body gets the rest it needs. I used to think I was good at listening to my body, but Oura gives me the tips and tricks I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also really appreciate the stress level indicators that tell me when I need to take a moment to calm down. Thank you, Oura!

I’ve been extremely happy with my Oura Ring 5. The sizing kit made it easy to find the perfect fit before ordering, and the ring is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and night. The battery life has been excellent, and I love how detailed the health and sleep insights are. The app is easy to use, and the data has helped me better understand my recovery, activity, and overall wellness. The silver finish also looks sleek and matches everything I wear. If you’re looking for a smart ring that combines style with accurate health tracking, I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this ring! It has exceeded all of my expectations. My husband gave it to me for my birthday, and I was very happy. The new model looks so much better than the previous one. It is thinner, more elegant, and much more comfortable to wear. It doesn’t just look like a smart ring-it looks like a beautiful piece of jewelry. I chose the color that I like the most, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I receive compliments on it all the time. The ring tracks my sleep, heart rate, activity, and other health metrics very accurately. The app is easy to use,and the insights have helped me pay more attention to my heath and improve my daily habits. The battery life is excellent, and I barely notice that I’m wearing it because it is so lightweight and comfortable. It you’re thinking about buying the new Oura Ring, I highly recommend it. It combines beautiful design with excellent technology, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The slimmer design is my favorite improvement over the previous generation. It feels more refined and feminine while keeping all the great features.

I honestly didn’t think I was going to love my Oura Ring as much as I do. I bought it because I wanted to learn more about my health, especially my sleep and recovery, but it’s become something I look forward to checking every single morning. My favorite part is seeing how my body responds to my daily habits. It’s so interesting to see how things like exercise, stress, eating late, or getting a good night’s sleep actually affect my readiness. It has made me much more aware of my overall health, and I find myself making better choices because I can actually see the difference. I also love that it’s a ring instead of a watch. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and I honestly forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The battery lasts a long time, and the app is super easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. As someone who has a heart condition, I’ve become much more intentional about taking care of myself. While I know the Oura Ring isn’t a medical device, it has helped me pay closer attention to my body’s patterns and encouraged me to build healthier habits. That peace of mind and daily awareness have been incredibly valuable to me. This has easily become one of my favorite pieces of technology that I’ve ever owned. If you’re thinking about getting one, I would absolutely recommend it. It’s more than just a smart ring. It’s something that motivates me every day to take better care of myself.

The oura ring is confortable Stylists and easy to West al Day. I especially like how it tracks sleep, activity, and recovery without feeling like a smart Watch. The app is simple to use and the battery Last a long time. My Only downsife it the Membership I give it a 4.5/5 rating!!
