Hello, this TV is not able to connect to the Internet without having another device such as an Wi-fi enabled blu-ray player connected to it. Nonetheless, we do manufacture televisions which are Roku enabled and therefore, you will be able to stream Internet media through them. No it is not. But if you have a streaming device such as a roku, it doesn't need to be.

No this is not a smart tv. For this price it has no extra's.
