No. Not now but it seems they've got the ability to add available apps in future with their updates. The only option given for the apps is to rearrange the order on the main menu screen. It does come with a ton of apps though. It has built-in cast functions, your good if Disney allows casting from an app on another device.

The last time I checked Disney+ is not a part of the apps section. You can chromecast or airplay it to your TV though. The do update the apps fairly frequently though.
