Not for me. They connected my sound bar, and had another cable ready for my DVD player, so I just had to unbox it (I had just moved in).

When I set up my appointment I was very clear that I had 6 items to be connected. I was told no problem. The peson would hook them all up and make sure I knew how to work them before leaving.
