“1) Does "56" & Above TV Connect & Mount include removing the existing tv and old mount from the wall before installing the new tv and new mount? Does this need to be done before installers arrive? 2) Will they install Legrand - In Wall concealment kit?”

Yes, they will take off your old TV and amount as part of the installation. I just let them into my house with the old TV as is on the wall. I'm not too sure about the wall concealment kit. They ran a couple of cables through my existing kit but I'm not sure if they would be willing to install a new one.
