“Misplaced or lost the mounting instruction for the wall mounting TV hanger. Now need to take the tv down to file a warranty claim, and do not how to get disconnected from the brackets. Is there possibly a site where I can download those instructions.”

Please try again later.In all out my experience there should be two pulling cords that would be fairly visible if you look behind(from one side or the other)…These two “cords” can be pulled down at the same time to release the clips that are securing the tv from the bottom bracket…The with the help of another person(depending on the size of the tv) you will be able to lift the bottom of the tv out snd up to take it off the brackets…
