• they charged me $50 to install my tv above the fireplace, then didn't mount it bc . . . they don't mount tvs above a fireplace. But, they kept my $50.

• If you are non-member they will charge you I think 199/ install and additional charge over the stone mantel, but if you purchase a Total tech support you will be charge 49.99. You can save a lot if you buy Total tech support.
