On 7/29/12 I purchased a HT-E6500W home theater system (along with a Samsung Television). This product worked fine for several months, then began giving me the following error when trying to play Blu-ray discs: "Cannot read disc." On 5/9/13, I had to send the unit to NJ (from SC) for service (Service Ticket Number: 4119080082). They replaced some parts related to the Blu-ray player and shipped it back to me. It worked fine for a couple of months, and now gives me the same error. I updated the firmware and it did not help. On 9/17/13 I had to send the unit to NJ (from SC) again for service. It played Blu-ray discs for about 2-3 months and now is broken again. This unit is
