QuestionI have a 4K TV (Onn) a Denon AVR-S540BT receiver and a Sony 4K UHD blueray disc player and cannot seem to get the 4K resolution. Everything is connected to the receiver including the Direct TV DVR. Is there a way to get all components working in 4K?

QuestionWe have DirecTV (a receiver), a Yamaha A/V receiver (7 speakers connected) and an LG 65" OLE TV. 3 remotes and Harmony. Connecting everything with ARC to the TV so we can hear it through the speakers is confusing. We want to schedule in-home help.

QuestionI have a marantz sr 7008 receiver Sony Bravia XBR55X850C 4K tv. I had to do a factory reset on the marantz and all the settings were deleted. Now no signals through the ARC to the tv ARC are connecting nor after Setting up the speakers there’s no sound.
