• Go to the Best Buy website and search for the return policy being posted there. I need to inform you that it's also based on the of membership that you have with Best Buy as well; for example, I have up to 45 days to return my stuffs.

• Well, my guess will depend on where you live. It looks like 2 weeks for me out here in CA. I picked this up on Dec 20, 2018 and the last day was Jan 4, 2019 but you can check your Best Buy receipt. They have a great return policy if you bought it at Best Buy.
