Does 4 GB memory and 32 GB run faster than 2 GB, 16 GB? null

Yes this one, the 4gb runs faster than the 2gb but it's only noticeable if you run multiple windows at once. If you don't multi task then 2 gb is fine. The 32 gb vs 16 gb has nothing to do with how fast it is, it deals with storage not speed.
