No. Although this is one of the most powerful chromebooks currently available, if not the most powerful, chromebooks do not run Windows operating systems, and Vegas Movie Studio is only compatible with Windows systems. Additionally, this chromebook has 32GB of flash (solid state) memory, which is very little when considering the requirements of editing high-resolution video. If your primary use will be Vegas Movie Studio, or video editing in general, I'm afraid you'll need a regular computer, not a chromebook.
